Percy, short for perseverance. Having played the game of survival of the fittest, this girl has truly persevered. Small in stature with a big spirit, she has endured hunger, thirst and possible abuse on the streets. Inspector Danfred spotted her on the streets of Delft and knew that he had to save her from further suffering. Like most abandoned dogs, she had bad mange and was very weary of humans. With regular baths and treatments for her skin, she soon learnt that not all humans are bad. She began to trust us and walk the path to recovery with us. Percy soon blossomed into a beautiful & soft-natured dog on a quest to discover her forever home. She has since found the perfect pawrent and now loves picnics on the beach and naps in the sun!
